Al usar POLIMAPP (polimapp.com) aceptás estos Términos de uso. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el sitio.
1. Qué es POLIMAPP
POLIMAPP es un mapa interactivo de información política mundial: gobiernos, elecciones, congresos, datos económicos y sociales, rankings y otras herramientas. El uso básico es gratuito.
2. Información y exactitud
Los datos provienen de fuentes públicas (organismos oficiales, institutos de estadística, organismos internacionales, medios y otras), que se citan en la sección Fuentes y junto a cada dato. Trabajamos para mantenerlos actualizados, pero pueden contener errores, demoras u omisiones. La información es solo con fines informativos y no constituye asesoramiento político, legal, financiero ni de ningún otro tipo. Si encontrás un error, escribinos a contact@polimapp.com.
3. Neutralidad, votos y simulaciones
- POLIMAPP no apoya a ningún partido, candidato ni gobierno.
- Las respuestas de los usuarios y el Termómetro POLIMAPP reflejan solo la opinión de quienes participan en el sitio: no son encuestas científicas ni representativas.
- Las simulaciones o escenarios hipotéticos que pueda ofrecer el sitio son estimaciones basadas en modelos simplificados, no predicciones.
4. Tu cuenta
Para algunas funciones necesitás una cuenta. Sos responsable de la información que brindás y de mantener segura tu contraseña. Debés tener al menos 13 años, o la edad mínima que exija tu país, y contar con autorización de tus padres o tutores si sos menor. Podés pedir la eliminación de tu cuenta en cualquier momento escribiendo a contact@polimapp.com.
5. Uso permitido
No está permitido:
- Manipular votos o resultados (cuentas múltiples, bots o automatizaciones).
- Intentar acceder sin autorización a sistemas, cuentas o datos de otros usuarios.
- Copiar o extraer de forma masiva el contenido del sitio para republicarlo como propio.
- Usar el sitio para actividades ilegales, para acosar a otras personas o para difundir contenido engañoso.
Podemos suspender o eliminar cuentas que incumplan estas reglas.
6. Propiedad intelectual y marcas
El diseño, el código, el nombre y el logo de POLIMAPP pertenecen a POLIMAPP. Los datos de terceros pertenecen a sus respectivas fuentes. Los nombres, logos y marcas de empresas, medios y organizaciones que aparecen en el sitio pertenecen a sus titulares y se muestran solo con fines informativos e identificativos; su aparición no implica patrocinio, relación ni aval, salvo que se indique expresamente como contenido patrocinado.
7. Contenido y enlaces de terceros
El sitio puede incluir enlaces, videos y transmisiones de terceros (por ejemplo, en la sección Watch). No controlamos ese contenido ni somos responsables de él.
8. Publicidad y patrocinios
POLIMAPP puede mostrar publicidad y espacios patrocinados, identificados como tales. Las condiciones de cualquier servicio pago (por ejemplo, una versión Premium sin publicidad) se informarán antes de contratarlo.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad
El sitio se ofrece “tal como está”. En la medida que lo permita la ley, POLIMAPP no se responsabiliza por daños derivados del uso de la información o de interrupciones del servicio. Nada en estos términos limita los derechos que te otorgan las leyes de protección al consumidor de tu país.
10. Cambios
Podemos modificar estos términos y el sitio en cualquier momento. La versión vigente es la publicada en esta página.
11. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina, sin perjuicio de los derechos que te otorguen las leyes de tu país de residencia, incluido el Reino de Arabia Saudita.

1. What POLIMAPP is
POLIMAPP is an interactive map of world political information: governments, elections, parliaments, economic and social data, rankings and other tools. Basic use is free.
2. Information and accuracy
Data comes from public sources (official bodies, statistics institutes, international organizations, media and others), cited in the Sources section and next to each figure. We work to keep it up to date, but it may contain errors, delays or omissions. The information is for informational purposes only and is not political, legal, financial or any other kind of advice. If you find a mistake, write to contact@polimapp.com.
3. Neutrality, votes and simulations
- POLIMAPP does not endorse any party, candidate or government.
- User answers and the POLIMAPP Thermometer only reflect the opinion of people who take part on the site: they are not scientific or representative polls.
- Any simulations or hypothetical scenarios offered on the site are estimates based on simplified models, not predictions.
4. Your account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your password safe. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, and have permission from your parents or guardians if you are a minor. You may ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to contact@polimapp.com.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Manipulate votes or results (multiple accounts, bots or automation).
- Try to access systems, accounts or other users’ data without authorization.
- Copy or scrape the site’s content in bulk to republish it as your own.
- Use the site for illegal activities, to harass others or to spread misleading content.
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
6. Intellectual property and trademarks
POLIMAPP’s design, code, name and logo belong to POLIMAPP. Third-party data belongs to its respective sources. Names, logos and trademarks of companies, media and organizations shown on the site belong to their owners and are displayed for informational and identification purposes only; their appearance does not imply sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement, unless expressly marked as sponsored content.
7. Third-party content and links
The site may include third-party links, videos and streams (for example, in the Watch section). We do not control that content and are not responsible for it.
8. Advertising and sponsorships
POLIMAPP may show ads and sponsored spaces, labeled as such. The terms of any paid service (for example, an ad-free Premium version) will be shown before you purchase it.
9. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, POLIMAPP is not liable for damages arising from the use of the information or from service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection laws in your country.
10. Changes
We may change these terms and the site at any time. The current version is the one published on this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the laws of your country of residence, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
